Gregory M. Mitchell Attorney

Gregory M. Mitchell, Esq. is an attorney at Marshall Grant, PLLC and focuses his practice on business law, real estate law, complex commercial litigation, and estates and trusts. Mr. Mitchell has managed a wide variety of cases and transactions, including real estate, employment, landlord tenant, foreclosure, complex commercial litigation, family law, trust litigation, probate, mergers and acquisitions, business law, and estates and trusts. Mr. Mitchell has helped close multi-million dollar transactions and real estate deals, ensuring that his clients’ interests are protected. In commercial litigation matters, he has achieved numerous large settlements and victories for clients. His diverse legal background allows him to cater to the differing needs of his transactional clients while providing viable solutions when a client’s rights demand enforcement and protection.

Mr. Mitchell received his law degree from University of Florida, Levin College of Law and was awarded the outstanding achievement pro bono certificate.  During law school, Mr. Mitchell worked as an assistant in the felony crimes division of the Alachua County Office of the State Attorney and worked on litigation and real estate restructuring for a Fortune 100 legal team in South Florida. Mr. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Arts from the Palm Beach Atlantic University, and was awarded as the Outstanding Graduate from the School of Arts and Sciences.

Mr. Mitchell is a Boca Raton native where he currently lives with his wife and son.  He is active in the community through his involvement at Boca Raton Community Church, BocaLead, and volunteering with other local charities including Boca Hoops, Habitat for Humanity, and by serving on the board for Boca Helping Hands.
