Our lawyers are often asked to draft and enforce employment agreements, such as those containing restrictive covenants, that is, enforceable provisions that restrict competition, the use of confidential information and the solicitation of your clients and employees. Such provisions are found in employment contracts, non-competition agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other personnel policies and procedures. Additionally, if the need arises, the firm will attempt to secure immediate injunctive relief through the court system, seeking a temporary and/or permanent injunction, and obtain expedited hearings, discovery and trial with the goal of resolving the dispute to minimize the impact to your business.
